Features include:
Complete guarding:
Traditionally the 22B has suffered from inadequate guarding. The amt conversion completely guards the 22B’s mechanism whilst giving the operator a clear view of the machines internal workings. The guards are folded back in seconds to allow full access for cleaning and servicing.
Electrical Control:
AMT have completely re designed the electrical control. The conversion includes digital inverter control for machine speed and interlocked guard circuit for safety. No longer is a 3 phase supply required, the conversion will plug into any 13 amp socket and run.
Auto Feed:
This machine can be either fed from a belt / mechanical feeder or from the manual feed table. Product is fed to the machine by means of a belt rather than the traditional hand fed into the feed wheel. The result is that manually feeding the machine will achieve speeds of up to 150 pieces per minute. Significantly faster than a standard 22B.
