The before and after photographs show the stackers on a SIG biscuit line. The salts in the biscuits had badly coroded everything it came into contact with. We stripped the machine, removed the chrome plating from the stacking mechanisms, grit blasted the frames and began to re condition. Components that were worn were replaced. other components were cleaned and re plated, the frames were spray painted with two pack epoxy paint and the machine was re built to as new condition.
